VideoMaker0 Payment Terms

The following terms (these “Payment Terms”) govern payments you make or receive in
connection with the services offered on or through www.videomaker0.com or the
VideoMaker0 mobile application (the “Site”), operated by VideoMaker0 Ltd.
Please read these Payment Terms carefully before making or receiving payments for the
services on or through the Site. By making or receiving payments for the services offered on
or through the Site, you accept and agree, on behalf of yourself or on behalf of your employer
or any other entity (if applicable), to be bound and abide by these Payment Terms. These
Terms are supplemental to VideoMaker0’s General Terms of Service (collectively, the
“Terms of Service”).

1. Key Terms
• VideoMaker0 Balance: The aggregated amount of your Earnings as a Seller and/or
returned payments from canceled Orders as a Buyer.
• Payment Services Provider(s): Service providers that handle payments between
Buyers and Sellers on VideoMaker0, including collecting funds from Buyers,
remitting funds to Sellers, processing withdrawals, and currency exchange services.
• Earnings: The money that Sellers earn on VideoMaker0, which can be withdrawn or
used for purchasing services on the platform, subject to these Terms.

2. Receiving Payments
2.1 General
• As a Seller, each successfully completed Order credits your account with 80% of the
purchase amount.
• If an Order is canceled (for any reason), the funds paid will be returned to the Buyer’s
VideoMaker0 Balance.
• Sellers are responsible for paying any applicable taxes (e.g., VAT, GST, income tax)
under the laws of their jurisdiction.
• Appointment as Limited Payment Collection Agent: VideoMaker0 acts as a limited
authorized payment collection agent for Sellers, ensuring payment obligations from
Buyers are met before releasing funds to Sellers.
2.2 Withdrawing Earnings
• Sellers may withdraw their Earnings using one of VideoMaker0’s withdrawal options.
• To withdraw funds, Sellers must have an account with at least one of VideoMaker0’s
Payment Service Providers.
• Earnings are available for withdrawal 14 days after the Order is marked as
complete (or 7 days for Top Rated Sellers).
• Withdrawal fees vary depending on the withdrawal method and Payment Service
Provider policies.
• Withdrawals are final and cannot be reversed.
2.3 Withdrawal Methods
• PayPal: $0 fee*
• VideoMaker0 Revenue Card (via Payoneer): $1 fee (within 2 days) or $3 fee
(within 2 hours)*
• Local Bank Transfer (via Payoneer): $3 per transfer*
• Direct Deposit (ACH, via Payoneer): $1 per transfer* (U.S. only)
(*Additional fees may apply depending on location and currency.)

3. Purchasing
3.1 General
• Buyers pay VideoMaker0 in advance to create an Order from a Seller’s Service
Listing.
• Payments can be made using Credit Card, PayPal, VideoMaker0 Credits, or an
existing VideoMaker0 Balance.
• Service fees: 5.5% of the purchase amount + a $3 small order fee for orders under
$100.
3.2 Refunds & Cancellations
• Canceled Order funds are returned to the Buyer’s VideoMaker0 Balance and can be
used for future purchases.
• Refunds to the original payment method are available upon request, subject to review.
3.3 Promo Codes & Credits
• Promo codes may be issued periodically and are valid only for purchases on
VideoMaker0.
• Unused credits expire after 3 months.

4. Taxes
• VideoMaker0 may charge indirect taxes (e.g., Sales Tax, VAT, GST) as required by
law.
• Buyers will see all applicable taxes before payment.
• Sellers are responsible for any taxes applicable to their jurisdiction.

5. Disputes and Cancellations
5.1 Order Cancellations
• Orders may be canceled via VideoMaker0’s Resolution Center.
• Buyers and Sellers are encouraged to resolve disputes before involving Customer
Support.
• Orders cannot be canceled based on service quality if the Seller has delivered as
described in the Order.
5.2 Chargebacks
• VideoMaker0 reviews chargeback cases and works to resolve them in favor of the
Seller when possible.
• If a chargeback is resolved against the Seller, the refunded amount will be deducted
from the Seller’s Earnings.

6. General Terms
6.1 Modifications
• VideoMaker0 reserves the right to modify these Payment Terms at any time.
• Changes will be posted on the Site, and continued use of the Site after changes are
made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
